About the plugin:
this plugin makes it so that your chat is not full spammed with caps. (as you have caps or shift spammers)
it looks like an spam filter but then for caps or shift.
how it works:
it starts with a capital letter and then only lowercase.
with the permission then you can chat with caps / shift. otherwise not.
Permission:
nocaps.prevent – allows the players/staff to chat with caps / shift
and with no config!
