Permissions:
stopproxy.admin – assigned to OP by default, allows the player to use /sproxy.
stopproxy.maintenance.bypass- assigned to OP by default, this allows the player to bypass the Maintenance.
stopproxy.nocheck – assigned to OP by default, this will grant immunity to the player.
